Maternity Leave

A female member shall be entitled to maternity leave of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days with full salary pay with
effect from the date of delivery.

Pre-Adoptive Leave

The Commission shall grant members a pre-adoptive leave of forty five (45) calendar
days with full salary pay from the date of adoption.

Paternity Leave

The Commission shall grant male members paternity leave of Twenty One (21) calendar days with full salary pay once a year.
